“I will definitely use this book’s information in my teacher candidates’ coursework and during my mentor teacher training sessions.”

Why it fits pre-service programs

A student teacher and a guide teacher already share a classroom. Co-Teaching Evolved gives that pair a shared language and structure: essential agreements, eleven co-teaching strategies across supportive, team, and advanced stages, and planning routines that name who does what. The same framework works in general education placements and in special education placements.

Three formats

1. Faculty workshop

For methods and special education faculty and supervisors. Walk through the framework and the free reproducibles, and plan where they fit in existing coursework and supervision.

2. Student teacher and guide teacher pairing session

For candidates and their guide teachers together, early in the placement. Pairs draft essential agreements, clarify roles, and choose strategies for upcoming lessons.

3. Program-wide support across a placement term

A sequence across one placement term for faculty, supervisors, guide teachers, and candidates, built around the program’s calendar and goals.

Formats, length, and scope are set with each program. No pricing is listed here.
